HOW ARE WE GOING TO MEET THE DRIVER.

The driver is going to wait for you at your meeting point (airport, port, hotel,etc) with a sign with your name on it.

 

Is the driver English speaking?

Our drivers are English speaking.

 

Are the tour guides official licenced?

We have cooperation with professional official tour guides.

 

Can I choose different languages for the tour?

Our tour guides speak English, French, Italian, Spanish and German. Other languages could be provided upon request.

 

Should I present the voucher during pick up?

The customer should provide the confirmation of the booking to the driver.

 

Transfer reservations should be booked 12 hours prior to the transfer.

 

Tour reservations should be booked 24 hours prior to the tour.

 

Cancelation Policy

 

For cancelations 15 days prior to the booking we refund the total amount. You will be charged only 20Euro for the operational cost.

For cancelations 15-5 days prior to the booking we refund the 50% of the charged amount. You will be also charged only 20Euro for the operational cost.

For cancelations 4 days prior to the booking no refund will be done.

 

In case of not appeared at the meeting point, you will be charged 100% (No refund)

 

Upon your arrival at the airport  (plane landing time) the driver will wait for one hour with no charge. After the first hour you will be charged 20Euro.

For your departure the driver will be wait for you at the meeting point for 15miutes.

In case of flight change you have to inform us ASAP.

 

Prices do not include: (Unless stated) Gratuities to guide, driver, personal items, lunches and drinks. Gratuities are at your discretion and are really appreciated if given.

 

Clothing: Entrance to churches and monasteries visited in our tours is not allowed to gentlemen and ladies with no proper outfit.
